History of the Hospital
Amir-al-Momenin Medical-Educational & Research center of Semnan, affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, was built and started to operate in an area of 7 hectares and an infrastructure of about 11,000 square meters in 1988 to which 2985 square meters was added in 2005. At present, the infrastructure of the hospital is about 13985 square meters and has 116 active beds.
This hospital, using the valuable experiences of its managers, physicians and its dedicated and diligent personnel, has been able to take great steps towards the health improvement of the respectful people of Semnan.
We hope that this hospital could take advantage of technical and managerial systems such as clinical governance and accreditation in order to have continuous improvement, improve the quality of health care services and provide more satisfaction to patients.
This center succeeded in obtaining the license of international patients (IPD) in 2021. It is ready to provide diagnostic and treatment services to international patients in the VIP ward.
