Personnel Department performs all the matters related to the human resources in the hospital. Its tasks are as follows.

  • Preparing personnel department drafts such as drafts of transferring orders, salary restoration, leave, disability, promotion, overtime, etc., with the notification of the superior authority and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
  • Considering the received proposals and requests related to employment affairs, changing employment status, promotion, retirement and determining the establishment of pensions or duties
  • Carrying out matters related to cooperation, insurance and welfare of employees
  • Planning, providing and supervising various personnel department affairs
  • Implementing the set policy and take the necessary measures in order to achieve the desired goals
  • Preparing the necessary rules and instructions
  • Participating in various commissions and meetings
  • Studying employment laws and regulations and commenting on how to implement applicable laws and regulations
  • Taking the necessary measures to advance and improve the current affairs
  • Preparing necessary reports
  • Training staff on job tasks, how to evaluate and legal staff rights
  • Implementing job classification plans and forming relevant committees
  • Preparing the necessary reports for the relevant authorities
  • Responding to administrative correspondence
  • Preparing statistical reports announced by the relevant authorities.
  • Implementing correct rules of staff evaluation
  • Implementing career development plan for health professionals and staff
  • Employees’ leave matters
  • Following up on staff training issues based on new training rules
  • Predicting and using software systems in various fields of human resources
  • Matters related to employees who are subject to the human resource plan and the coefficient K
  • Retirement of retired employees and employees who retire.
  • Teaching administrative and human resources issues to employees and responding to employees in this regard in coordination with human resources
  • Forming various committees related to human resources regarding transfers, training, etc. and following up these committees
