The first treatment of ROP in a premature infant in ventilator in Semnan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services

The Retina Sub- Specialist Dr. Daraei cooperated with the Neonatal Sub- Specialist Dr. Danaei to inject Avastin ampoule for the treatment of Retinal Prematurity (ROP) in a premature infant in ventilator (mechanical ventilation). This premature infant was born with a weight 600 gr, who was hospitalized in the NICU ward of Amir-al- Momenin Hospital. The injection was successfully performed so that the infant won’t become blind.
